Rural & Family Lands Protection Act; creates said act; provides for purchase of rural land protection easements by Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; provides for conservation easements, resource conservation agreements, & agricultural protection agreements; prescribes allowable land uses; provides for option to purchase property; directs department to seek funds from federal sources; provides for bonds, etc. Creates 570.70,.71, 215.619; amends 201.15, 570.207.
