Health Care; provides alternative by which licensees may comply with general requirement that they take domestic violence education courses; provides alternative by which licensees may comply with general requirement that they take AIDS/HIV education courses; requires specified health care providers, health care practitioners, & health care facilities to comply with patient requests for pain management & palliative care, etc. Amends Chs. 456, 458, 459, 765.
