GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Klein
Dentist/Palliative/End-of-Life Care; allows licensees under specified provisions to complete course designated by Board of Dentistry, rather than course in end-of-life care & palliative care, as alternative to completing domestic-abuse course & as alternative to completing certain instruction on HIV & acquired immune deficiency syndrome; redefines term "end-stage condition"; prescribes content & suitability of palliative care, etc. Amends 456.031,.033, 765.1103,.101,.102,.205,.401.
