Dentistry; provides for appeals from certain adverse determinations re dental service claims; provides alternative by which licensees may comply with general requirement that they take domestic-violence education courses; provides alternative by which licensees may comply with general requirement that they take AIDS/HIV education courses. Amends 627.419, 456.031,.033.
