Program in Medical Sciences (PIMS); provides legislative intent re establishing PIMS at FAMU, in affiliation with University of Florida College of Medicine; provides for students admitted to program to transfer to said college; provides for program to recruit students to serve areas in state that lack sufficient medical services; requires that memorandum of understanding be submitted to Governor & presiding officers of Legislature, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
