SB 1450: Criminal Mischief
GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Criminal Mischief; requires person or minor who commits said mischief to pay additional fines & perform community service; provides for parent or legal guardian of minor to be liable for payment of fine; authorizes court to decline to order payment of fine if court finds that person subject to payment of fine is indigent; deletes requirement that court impose penalty prescribed by municipal or county ordinance under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 806.13.
