GENERAL BILL by Holloway
Community Redevelopment; provides powers of municipality within certain counties re redevelopment of special impact redevelopment area under Community Redevelopment Act of 1969; provides for creation of special impact redevelopment board by such municipality; provides for identification of projects to be undertaken; provides for exchange of tax administration information between board & DOR, etc. Amends Ch. 163, 212.20, 213.053; creates 163.3555.
