Schools/"Safe Passage Act"; creates said act; provides for safety audits of school districts & safety & security programs, district plans & procedures, & safety & security practices; requires reporting of offenses against school property or persons on property; provides immunity from liability for good-faith reporting of suspected threats; provides for State Fire Marshal to adopt rules for firesafety in educ. facilities, etc. Creates 229.8349; amends 235.06, 633.01.
