Sexual Violence; provides requirements for law enforcement agencies in investigating sexual battery or attempted sexual battery; requires that agency actively pursue investigations of sexual violence; provides requirements for communications personnel re responding to report of sexual violence; requires law enforcement agencies to provide Sexual Violence Reference Card to officers; provides requirements for investigating officer, etc.
