Insurance; provides construction & purposes; specifies application to certain persons & entities; provides for tolling certain time limitations in certain actions; imposes liability on certain persons or entities for certain actions; provides procedures & requirements for closing estate; provides for establishing financial responsibility re damages arising out of operation of certain vehicles; provides premium tax exemption, etc. Amends FS.
