GENERAL BILL by Sanderson
Dept. of State/Filing Fee; authorizes department to discount filing fee in amount equal to convenience charge imposed for electronic record filing by way of contractor; waives charge for late filings of supplemental corporate fees when business entity did not receive uniform business report prescribed by department. Amends 15.16, 607.193.
