Domestic Violence; cites act as "Family Protection Act"; requires that staff who conduct child protective investigations receive training on removing perpetrator of domestic violence from home by use of injunction; requires that court order person to serve minimum term of imprisonment as part of any sentence imposed for offense of such violence that intentionally caused bodily harm to another person, etc. Amends FS.
