Attorneys at Law; repeals provision re admission of attorneys to practice law; creates Board of Law Practice within DBPR; provides powers & duties of board; provides for adoption of some & repeal of other current rules re regulation of practice of law; provides for transfer of files, records, property, & assets, including liabilities attaching thereto, of The Fla. Bar & Fla. Board of Bar Examiners to Board of Law Practice & Fla. Supreme Court, etc. Amends Ch. 454.
