GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Diaz de la Portilla ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Holzendorf

Black Business Investment Board; provides that board shall be not-for-profit corporation & not entity of state government; expresses legislative intent that board & black business investment corporations include minority business enterprises within scope of their duties, responsibilities & activities & report on their progress in assisting such business enterprises; provides intent re operation of board & return on investment, etc. Amends Ch. 288. APPROPRIATION: $17,500,000.
