Life Insurance; requires life insurers having certain types of policies in force to annually notify policyholders of certain information concerning their policies; limits exception from specified notice requirements re lapse of life insurance coverage for nonpayment of premium; requires benefit enhancement of certain types of policies if premium payment reaches certain levels, etc. Creates 627.4553,.4587,.5015; amends 627.4555.
