Computer & Computer-related Crimes; provides definitions; repeals provision which provides definitions; prescribes offenses against computer equipment or supplies, computers, computer systems, & computer networks; provides penalties; adds violations of computer & computer-related crimes under Computer-Related Crimes law; expands subject-matter jurisdiction of statewide grand jury to include violations of said crimes, etc. Amends Ch. 815, 16.56, 905.34.
