GENERAL BILL by Burt
State Agencies/Victim of Crimes/FDLE; requires that state agency notify department if agency suspects that it is, may be, or has been victim of certain crimes that involve misappropriation of agency's name or authority, misuse of technology used by agency, or misappropriation or illegal use of agency or state records; requires department to evaluate such reports; authorizes department to refer report to another agency for appropriate action. Amends 943.03.
