Condominiums & Cooperatives; provides & limits arbitration of disputes by Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Division to those re elections & recall of board members; deletes reference to voluntary mediation; provides for resolution of certain other complaints at local level; provides exemptions; requires continuation of arbitration of cases filed by certain date; provides contingent appropriation. Amends 718.1255. APPROPRIATION: $440,626.
