GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Insurance ; Waters ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown ; Negron ; Wiles ; Simmons ; McGriff ; Melvin ; Berfield ; Kallinger ; Lee ; Fields ; Ross ; Sobel ; Wishner ; Farkas

Insurance/Public Records Illegal Use; provides criminal penalty for use of certain report information for commercial solicitation; imposes registration requirements for certain clinics; authorizes Health Dept. to adopt rules for certain purposes; prohibits solicitation of specific persons involved in motor vehicle crashes; specifies certain charges as unlawful & unenforceable, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
