HB 1827: Special Districts

GENERAL BILL by Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Sorensen

Special Districts; provides that inactive independent special district that was created by county or municipality through referendum may be merged or dissolved by county or municipality after publication of notice as required for declaration of inactive status of special district; reduces number of weeks such notice of declaration of inactive status must be published, etc. Amends Ch. 189, 218.34.
