Nursing; transfers Nursing Student Loan Forgiveness Program from DOE to Health Dept.; includes public schools, family practice teaching hospitals, & specialty hospitals for children as eligible facilities under program; provides requirements under program for students seeking to qualify for nursing faculty position & receive credit for work in position; provides for future relocation of headquarters of Nursing Board, etc. Amends Chs. 240, 464.
