Walton Beach Area Bridge Auth.; (Okaloosa Co.) changes name of Fort Walton Beach Area Bridge Authority to Emerald Coast Bridge Authority; reduces number of members of authority from seven to five; amends method of appointment of members; changes date by which authority shall prepare & submit budget; requires board of county commissioners to examine budget in good faith; provides that this act does not abrogate current obligations & liabilities.
