Condominiums; amends provision re alternative dispute resolution procedures; provides for expedited handling of any allegation of irregularity in election of any director of board of administration of condominium; revises language re appurtenances that pass with condo unit; revises language re association & bylaws; amends provision re disclosure requirements for sale of certain condos, etc. Amends Ch. 718, 702.09.
