GENERAL BILL by Sanderson
Legislative Oversight; authorizes Legislative Auditing Committee to direct Auditor General & OPPAGA to conduct audits, reviews, & exams of certain entities; revises requirements to become Auditor General; deletes requirement that OPPAGA identify & comment upon certain alternatives in conducting performance audit; requires certain officers to provide OPPAGA with information; deletes provision that OPPAGA is unit of Auditor General, etc. Amends FS.
