GENERAL BILL by Agriculture & Consumer Services ; Bronson
Pest Control Operators; defines term "new construction"; provides for issuance of stop-work orders where fumigations are being performed in certain situations; requires licensees to hold permit before performing preventive termite treatments for new construction; requires certain cardholders to obtain specified classroom training; provides additional exceptions to state's preemption of pest-control regulation, etc. Amends Ch. 482.
