CS/SB 2044: Wrecker Liens

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Burt

Wrecker Liens; includes cross-reference; provides that term "civil penalties & fines" does not include reference to wrecker operator's lien; revises requirements for sale of unclaimed vehicle or vessel; provides that HSMV shall not issue license plate or revalidation sticker for certain motor vehicles, vessels, or motor homes for which wrecker operator's lien has been issued; provides procedures re such liens. Amends 320.03, 713.78.
