GENERAL BILL by Barreiro ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett ; Flanagan ; Johnson

Wrecker Liens; includes cross-reference; provides that term "civil penalties & fines" does not include reference to wrecker operator's lien; defines term "abandoned property"; revises requirements for sale of unclaimed vehicle or vessel; provides that HSMV shall not issue license plate or revalidation sticker for certain motor vehicles, vessels, or motor homes for which wrecker operator's lien has been issued, etc. Amends 320.03, 713.01,.78.
