SB 2132: Heir-Finder Businesses

GENERAL BILL by Jones

Heir-Finder Businesses; provides legislative intent; defines term "heir-finder business"; requires heir-finder businesses to obtain surety bond or establish trust account or irrevocable letter of credit; requires contracts or agreements to provide certain notice; provides for bringing of certain actions under certain circumstances; limits liability.
