Public Records/Insurers; exempts workpapers re examinations & investigations of insurers from public records requirements; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides exemptions from public records law for specified records of Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Association; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Amends 624.319, 627.351.
