GENERAL BILL by Henriquez ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman ; Greenstein ; Gottlieb ; Gannon ; Crow ; Littlefield
Domestic Violence/Court Costs; provides for imposition of additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for waiver of court cost; provides for collection by clerk of court; provides for deposit of such court costs in Domestic Violence Trust Fund; provides for certain disbursements in accordance with specified provisions re funding of domestic violence centers. Creates 938.14.
