GENERAL BILL by Seiler ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gottlieb
Movers Regulation Act; creates "Movers Regulation Act"; provides that act does not supersede local ordinances; prohibits person from engaging in business as mover without obtaining operating permit from Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; authorizes department to bring action to recover against mover's bond or financial security; authorizes mover to require deposit before loading shipper's household goods, etc. Amends 895.02.
