Officer Malcolm Thompson Act; creates said act; provides legislative intent; revises provisions re benefits payable for total & permanent disability for certain Special Risk Class members of Florida Retirement System who are injured in line of duty; provides minimum retirement benefits payable to certain Special Risk Class members who are injured in line of duty & who are totally & permanently disabled due to such injury. Amends 121.091, 175.191, 185.18.
