Elderly & Disabled/Public Guardians; defines term "position of trust & confidence"; prescribes civil remedies for theft & other offenses in which victim is elderly person or disabled adult; provides that violation of patient rights is not cause of action under act; provides guidelines for registration of public guardians; raises amount of claim that may be settled by natural guardian of minor without necessity of appointment of legal guardian, etc. Amends Ch. 744, 772.11, 825.101.
