FRS/Regular Class/Monthly Benefit; revises method of calculating monthly benefit for members of Regular Class of Florida Retirement System; provides for contribution rate increases to fund this act; requests Division of Statutory Revision to adjust contribution rates set forth in specified provision; declares that this act fulfills important state interest. Amends 121.091.
