Health Insurance/Oral Contraceptives; creates "Equity in Prescription Insurance & Contraceptive Coverage Act"; provides requirements re plans provided by religious health plan sponsors; requires certain health insurance policies & HMO contracts to provide coverage for prescription oral contraceptives; applies certain requirements for group coverage to out-of-state groups, etc. Creates 627.64061,.65741; amends 641.31, 627.6515,.6699.
