GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer
Public Records/Airport Security Plan; amends provision which provides exemptions from public records requirements for airport security plans of aviation authority or county or municipal aviation department & for other material that depicts critical airport operating facilities; reenacts such exemptions & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 331.22.
