GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer

Public Records/Toll Facility Charges; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information given to DOT, county, or expressway authority for purpose of prepaying electronic toll facility charges by check, credit card, or charge card; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; clarifies cross reference. Amends 338.155.
