Discrimination/Treatment of Persons; provides for Attorney General to investigate violations of rights secured by state law; defines terms "place of public accommodation" & "undue burden" for purposes of Fla. Civil Rights Act of 1992; requires that goods & other services be provided to individual with disability in integrated setting; provides for rights of individuals with disabilities who use service animals, etc. Amends Ch. 760, 16.57, 413.08.
