Public Officials/Relative Employment; eliminates exemptions from prohibition against employment of relatives by public officials to apply prohibition to public officials of universities, community colleges districts, & district school boards, for which there are penalties for violation; removes provisions that prohibit appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement if such is made by collegial body of which relative of individual is member, etc. Amends 112.3135, 721.05.
