GENERAL BILL by Bucher ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman
Firearms/Trigger Lock; authorizes board of county commissioners to adopt ordinance requiring installation of trigger lock on any firearm purchased, sold, transferred, or possessed within county; requires that law enforcement officers be exempt from ordinance. Amends 790.33.
