GENERAL BILL by Andrews
Statewide Elections; provides for certification of district canvassing board returns by Elections Canvassing Commission; provides for deadlines for submission of district returns; provides that said commission may not look beyond district returns in determining true vote; requires manual recounts for offices filled on statewide basis to be conducted by district canvassing boards; revises manner of electing presidential electors, etc. Amends Ch. 102, 103.011.
