Homicide of an Unborn Child; includes death of viable fetus under DUI manslaughter; specifies when fetus is viable for purposes of "vehicular homicide"; provides that killing unborn quick child by injury to mother which would be murder in any degree if it resulted in death of mother is murder in same degree, etc. Amends 316.193, 782.071,.09; reenacts 921.0022(3)(g) & (h), 960.03(3).
