Compulsory Attendance/Miami-Dade; establishes 2-year pilot program in Miami-Dade school district in which compulsory school attendance age will be lowered to include those children who have attained age of 5 years by certain date; requires appropriation; limits implementation to extent specifically funded in General Appropriations Act. Amends 232.01.
