Uniform Commercial Code; cites act as Uniform Commercial Code-Secured Transactions; provides for effectiveness & attachment of security agreements; provides for perfection & priority of security interests; prescribes rights of third parties; prescribes filing procedures for perfection of security interest; provides that, for goods bought for personal, family, or household purposes, buyer's right of replevin vests upon acquisition of special property, etc. Amends FS.
