GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Paul ; Siplin ; Hogan ; Miller

Landlord & Tenant; increases time period within which landlord must return security deposit; exempts certain landlords from requirement to give notice to former tenants re personal property; increases value of abandoned personal property that may be kept, sold, or destroyed by landlord; conforms notice provisions. Amends 83.49,.67, 715.105,.106,.109.
