Money Transmitters' Code; eliminates examination fees; shifts deposit of funds from one trust fund to another; provides for application fees; provides for extended registration period; revises renewal dates & fees; provides for notice of branch location openings & closings; provides fees for branch locations & authorized vendors; repeals provision which provides for examination costs, etc. Amends 560.119,.205-.208, 560.307,.308; repeals 560.118(1)(d) & (e).
