Drivers' Licenses/Selective Service; provides for compliance with federal requirements by certain applicants for drivers' licenses or identification cards; directs HSMV to forward certain information to federal Selective Service System re certain applicants; provides described notice to applicants; directs dept. to include described statement on certain applications for drivers' licenses or identification cards. Creates 322.0515.
