SB 640: Solid Waste Management Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz
Solid Waste Management Facilities; requires any solid waste management facility that accepts construction & demolition debris for disposal to be constructed in compliance with certain rules of DEP, unless facility owner or operator provides reasonable assurance that disposal at facility is not expected to result in violations of groundwater standards. Amends 403.707.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
