Red Light Safety Act of 2001; creates said act; defines term "traffic infraction detector"; creates pilot project in Palm Beach & Broward Counties administered by HSMV Dept.; authorizes counties & municipalities in pilot project to enact ordinances permitting use of traffic infraction detectors; provides penalties for traffic control signal violations detected by traffic infraction detectors, etc. Amends 316.003,.0745, 320.03.
