Medicaid/Restricted Drug Formulary; provides for development of restricted drug formulary by Medicaid Pharmaceutical & Therapeutics Committee; requires AHCA to establish restricted drug formulary upon recommendation by committee; requires agency to publish & disseminate formulary to all Medicaid providers in state; authorizes agency to establish restricted formulary & to negotiate supplemental rebates from manufacturers, etc. Amends 409.91195,.912.
